The AllergyCorp Group clinics are one of only few comprehensive specialty clinics in the southeastern US that bring together the specialties of Otolaryngology (ENT) and Allergy in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases in the field of allergy, rhinology and respiratory diseases. The clinics also bring a comprehensive specialized approach for the diagnosis and treatment of smell and taste disorders that is only available in few clinics in the country. Through collective and coordinated efforts, patients have access to a reservoir of diagnostic and treatment protocols that are led by physicians who are dedicated into developing and expanding our knowledge in these devastating diseases. Conditions that we specialize and manage daily include nasal allergies, acute and chronic sinusitis, nasal obstruction, nasal polyps, asthma, urticaria (hives), angioedema, anaphylaxis, food allergies, atopic and contact dermatitis, pruritus (itching), xerostomia (dry mouth), mouth burning syndrome (MBS), and taste and smell disorders. During the clinic visit, patients are given access to both an otolaryngology (ENT) and allergy specialty protocols and procedures in the management of these disorders. The clinics offer comprehensive services, including allergy testing (skin & blood), allergen immunotherapy (allergy shots and drops), monoclonal antibody treatment (including xolair, NUCALA, dupixent), nasal endoscopy in diagnosis and treatment, sinus computed tomography, pulmonary functioning testing, laryngoscopy, patch (contact) skin testing, inflammatory airway measurement, oral nerve blocks for mouth burning syndrome, salivary flow measurement, and smell and taste evaluation. DIMITRI Z PITOVSKI, MD

Dr. Pitovski has received his medical degree from Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. He established training in the department of Otolaryngology at Wayne State University and Tulane University. Dr. Pitovski has cultivated an interest in Allergy and Rhinology, focusing his practice on diseases of the nose and sinuses, and has been dedicated in innovative therapies for allergic diseases and smell and taste disorders. He has lectured at local and national meetings, published articles, developed educational and training manuals in the field of Allergy, Rhinology, and Smell and Taste.
